Clinic Terms of Service

Lumify is a management services organization. It provides software and procurement services to licensed clinics. It does not practice medicine, provide medical or clinical services, employ or supervise prescribers, or direct clinical decisions. All clinical care, prescribing and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed practitioners.

Foundation is $249 per month for one location and one prescriber. Growth is $599 per month with no prescriber limit. Pricing is flat per practice — not per user, not per provider, and not a percentage of anything.

Additional locations are $249 per month each and require the Growth plan.

Plans run on a twelve-month term. To leave, give us 60 days' notice. Onboarding — setup, your first prescriber, pharmacy enrollment, data migration, training and go-live — is free on a twelve-month term.

Other fees are charged only as listed on our Pricing page, including: added prescriber registration ($99 one-time, Growth plan only), each additional state ($25), rush request to the pharmacy ($15), order change after submission ($10, free within 30 minutes), order handling ($10 per shipment, per vendor), and marketing message packs.

We never charge you for our own errors, or a pharmacy's.

Product, prescription, laboratory, shipping and supply costs are passed through at the price Lumify is charged, with no markup. Lumify does not take title to, hold, dispense or resell prescription product. Ordering and payment are performed as your practice's agent under your management services agreement.

Orders go to the pharmacy in real time. If the pharmacy charges a cancellation fee, we pass it on at exactly what they charge, with nothing added. Once a pharmacy or vendor has shipped an order, it can no longer be cancelled, and you are responsible for the full cost of the order. Shipped orders are not refundable.

Marketing texts and emails are sent on your practice's behalf. Before sending marketing messages, your practice must have each patient's consent to receive them and must honor opt-out requests. Appointment, order and shipping messages are transactional and are not marketing messages.

Your practice owns its patient data. Where the platform stores or processes protected health information, we sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice. You can export patients, charts and order history in full, free, whenever you ask.

These terms summarize how LumifyMD works. Your signed management services agreement and any order form govern your account; if they differ from this page, the signed agreement controls.
